Samantha Palin is an experienced food safety and quality management professional with a comprehensive background in the food industry. Currently serving as the Regional Food Safety and Quality Manager at ADM since April 2015, Samantha oversees central quality management systems and ensures compliance with legislation and BRC/customer standards while supporting multiple mills in food safety activities. Previous roles include Food Safety and Compliance Manager and Specification Technologist at Bells of Lazonby, where responsibilities involved managing online specification systems for major retailers and developing Quality Assurance Standards. Samantha's earlier experience encompasses positions at The Beechdean Group as a Product/Quality Technologist, an internship at Penn State University's Berkey Creamery, and a role at ConAgra Foods as an RQ&I Intern. Academically, Samantha holds an MSc in Food Technology - Quality Assurance from the University of Reading and a BSc in Food Science from Penn State University.
