Jan Kotowski-Chang

Jan Kotowski-Chang has held various roles in the retail industry since 1992. Jan began their career with Gap Inc. as a Store Manager and then moved on to The Children's Place as a General Manager in 2003. In 2005, they became a General Manager at EXPRESS. From 2008-2011, they held the roles of Regional Sales Manager and District Sales Manager at Jimmy Jazz. Jan then transitioned to Nine West Group in 2011, where they served as the District Sales Manager and Director of Operations. In 2018, Jan began their current role as Director of Operations at Conecuh Brands, LLC. In 2020, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at Archer Roose.

Jan Kotowski-Chang attended Adelphi University from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor in Business Management.
