Heather Burns

Heather Burns has extensive experience in various roles primarily in project management and analysis. Currently serving as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Project Coordinator at ARCHER since July 2015, Heather has developed a strong skill set in overseeing product development and ensuring project success. Prior experience includes serving as a Legislative Aide for State Representative Byron Cook during the 84th Legislative Session and supporting event logistics as a Special Events Intern at Seton Williamson Foundation. Heather also held a Case Management Intern position at STARRY, where important organizational skills were enhanced through managing paperwork and improving office processes. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Southwestern University.
