Ngan Nguyen has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various organizations. They started their career as an Organizing Member at IMVenture Youth Organization in 2016. Later, Ngan worked as a Temporal Chief Executive Assistant at GOLDEN DRAGON INTERNATIONAL Co. Ltd, where they managed the boss's calendar and handled correspondence. In 2019, Ngan joined Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg as a Student Assistant, providing support to students with their seminars and projects. Most recently, Ngan worked at HEINEKEN Vietnam, first as a Management Trainee in the Heineken VN Next Generation Program, where they automated order processing, and later as a Digital CS&L Project/Product Lead, developing systems to improve inventory management and customer satisfaction.
Ngan Nguyen obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Operations Research and Business Analytics from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, Ngan completed a Bachelor's degree in International Economics at the University of Economics and Law from 2013 to 2017. Ngan also holds additional certifications in various subjects including Google Sheets, Microsoft Virtual Experience Program, Data-driven Decision Making, Supply Chain Logistics, Econometrics, Inferential Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Microeconomics, and IELTS.
