Ronan Hughes

Ronan H. is an experienced Offshore Engineer specializing in wireline and logging operations, currently serving as a Senior Offshore Engineer at Archer - the well company since March 2019. With a background that includes extensive use of advanced technologies for well inspection and maintenance, Ronan has successfully utilized ultrasonic imaging, multifinger calipers, and MCR Plasma technology throughout various roles in the oil and gas industry. Prior experience includes a tenure at Altus Intervention where expertise in tractor/logging services was developed, alongside earlier positions at Archer and Baker Hughes. Ronan holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a Graduate Diploma in Management from The London School of Economics, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Queen's University Belfast.
