Alan Baldwin

Alan Baldwin has over 20 years of work experience in mechanical engineering. Most recently, they worked at Archer as a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer, specializing in power electronics packaging. Prior to that, they spent over a decade at Triple Ring Technologies as a Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer. During their time at BAE Systems, they served as a Staff Mechanical Engineer, where they created R&D concepts and prototypes for military ground vehicles. Alan also has experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Emerson Motor Company, Selex-SI, Lucent Technologies, LD Fiberoptics, and Photon Inc. Their roles involved designing various products, performing thermal analysis, creating solid models, and coordinating production start-up for fiber optic manufacturing ventures.

Alan Baldwin attended Washington University in St. Louis from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
