Alan Tepe

Alan Tepe is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in propulsion inverter design and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Propulsion Inverter Design at Archer since September 2021, Alan has held multiple managerial roles in the field. Prior to that, Alan spent over eight years at Tesla, advancing from Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to Manager of Mechanical Design Engineering for Drive Inverter. Alan's earlier career includes consulting roles at Triple Ring Technologies, Light Manufacturing LLC, and Proof of Concept LLC, where complex engineering challenges were addressed. Alan is also recognized for founding SpidrPak Inc., which developed an innovative protective packaging system, and has held internships at Northrop Grumman, Boston Scientific, HR Textron, and NASA. Alan earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Mechatronics and Robotics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
