Cori Becerra

Cori (Braunholz) Becerra is a seasoned professional in the field of Total Rewards and HR strategy, currently serving as Sr Director Total Rewards at Archer since September 2021, where total rewards functions were established from the ground up. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of HR Strategy & Projects at McDermott International, Ltd, overseeing HR transformation and the expansion of HR Shared Services, and holding various positions in compensation management at Key Energy Services, managing compensation for over 10,000 employees. Cori's career began with an internship at Lowe's Companies, where leadership and employee training were key responsibilities. Cori holds a degree from Colorado Technical University and has prior educational experience from Lone Star College-CyFair and Cy-Fair High School.
