Melanie Cooper

Melanie Cooper, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards, human resources management, and employee relations. Currently serving as Sr Director of Total Rewards and HRMS at Saddle Creek Logistics Services since April 2015, Melanie has held several key HR positions within the organization, including Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRMS. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Director at Macy's, where Melanie directed HR functions across multiple stores, and as Human Resources Manager at Virbac, responsible for various HR initiatives. Additionally, Melanie served as Recruiting Manager at Culinaire International, managing full cycle recruitment and HR compliance. Melanie holds a BBA in Management and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin.
