Joe Horak

Joe Horak is an accomplished engineer with a robust background in systems engineering and product development. Currently serving as a Staff Systems Engineer at Archer since April 2024, Joe has previously honed expertise at Apple focusing on systems engineering and risk management. Joe's experience spans various roles, including Senior Design Quality Engineer at BLUE ORIGIN, where responsibilities included product conformance and communication of design requirements. As a Senior Product Engineer at Dana Holding Corporation, Joe specialized in traction drive design, while earlier roles at Ricardo involved project engineering in automotive and military applications. Joe initiated a career with Tenneco as a Co-operative Student, gaining hands-on experience in exhaust system testing. A graduate of Kettering University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Joe has demonstrated a consistent ability to manage complex engineering challenges across diverse industries.
