Stephen Spiteri

Stephen Spiteri has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Stephen is currently working at Archer as the Director of Electrical Engineering since September 2023. Prior to that, they were the Power Electronics Manager at Archer from November 2021 to October 2023.

Before joining Archer, Stephen worked at Apple for seven years, starting in September 2014 and ending in October 2021. Stephen held the position of Senior Hardware Engineering Manager / Recognized Technical Leader during their tenure at Apple.

Earlier in their career, Stephen worked at Mission Motors as a Senior Electrical Engineer from March 2013 to August 2014. Stephen'sresponsibilities at Mission Motors included product management for the MC600 motor controller and designing control and gate drive board schematic and layout. Stephen also wrote FPGA firmware for various functions.

Stephen was also employed at Magna E-Car Systems as the Lead Power Electronics Engineer from February 2012 to February 2013.

Stephen began their career at BAE Systems, where they held multiple positions as an Electrical Engineer, Senior Electrical Engineer, and Associate Electrical Engineer from November 2005 to February 2012.

Stephen's earliest work experience was at Comau, where they worked as an Associate Electrical Engineer from August 2004 to October 2005.

Stephen Spiteri earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2004. Stephen then went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Santa Clara University from 2006 to 2011.
