Randy Seggerman

Randy Seggerman has over three decades of experience in electrical engineering, currently serving as the Director of Electrical Engineering Operations Support at Tenaska since April 2010, where responsibilities include providing electrical engineering support for the company's fleet of power plants. Prior to this role, Randy worked as the Manager of Technical Services at Tenaska, supporting both existing generation facilities and engineering development. Previous experience includes over twelve years as the Substation Operations Manager at MidAmerican Energy, and ten years as an Engineer at Iowa Public Service - Midwest Power, focusing on plant and substation electrical engineering. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University, earned between 1983 and 1988, and a high school diploma from Marcus Community High School. Additionally, Randy has experience as a tutor for math and introductory electrical engineering courses at Iowa State University.
