Ayumi Hirano

Field Application Scientist at ArcherDX

Ayumi Hirano has over 30 years of work experience in the field of life sciences. Ayumi began their career in 1990 as a Research Scientist at Grelan Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. In 2001, they joined Genox Research Institute as a Research Scientist where they investigated biological markers related to allergy and data analysis. In 2002, they moved to Beckman Coulter as a Product Manager. In 2013, they joined Luminex Corporation as a Field Marketing Scientist. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Field Application Scientist at ArcherDX, Inc., and from 2017 to present, they have been a Course Application Scientist at \u682a\u5f0f\u4f1a\u793e\u30ad\u30a2\u30b2\u30f3.

Ayumi Hirano began their education in 1984 when they attended Tokyo University of Agriculture and completed their Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine in 1990. Ayumi then went on to pursue a Postdoctoral degree at Washington State University from 1997 to 2000 in Veterinary Microbiology and Immunobiology. After that, they attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1993 to 1997, where they earned their Doctorate in Veterinary Pathology and Pathobiology.
