Bryan Arroyo

Bryan Arroyo, CAPM, currently serves as a Digital Evidence Technician at ArcherHall since October 2023, responsible for documenting and organizing evidence/data using Microsoft Excel and SharePoint. With experience as an IT Contractor at Parallel IT Solutions since November 2015, Bryan specializes in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer network systems, as well as resolving end-user hardware and software issues. Prior roles include Project Analyst and IT Specialist at Lighthouse Property Insurance Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed ticketing, quality assurance, and IT orientation for new hires. Bryan also contributed as an IT Specialist at BCG Digital Ventures, focusing on technology support for venture teams. Bryan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cloud Computing from Full Sail University in 2018.
