Bill Razzino

Bill Razzino currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Archer Integrated Risk Management since April 2025. Previously, Razzino held the CFO position at WorkForce Software from January 2023 to April 2025, where successful management of the company's sale to ADP occurred in October 2024. Razzino also served as CFO and COO at SPINS, achieving significant business growth and leading sales processes with global private equity firms from November 2018 to January 2023. From August 2017 to November 2018, Razzino was CFO for Cheetah Digital, overseeing the establishment of the business post-acquisition. Earlier in the career, Razzino led the global finance function at CareerBuilder, contributing to substantial revenue growth and multiple acquisitions from January 2007 to August 2017. Razzino holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Accounting from DePaul University.
