With over 10 years of experience, Sophie previously held HR roles at ARA Diagnostic Imaging, Forcepoint, and Snyder Industries, where they managed recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR compliance. Sophie earned a Bachelor's degree in International and Comparative Politics and Global Communications from The American University of Paris and is pursuing a Master of Science in Political Science and Government at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
