Andrew F. Bain

Andrew is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Group and focuses his practice in all areas of commercial and civil litigation, including matters involving general liability, professional liability, toxic tort and product liability, business disputes, contract disputes, and business torts. Andrew represents clients in all aspects of trial and appellate work in state and federal court in New Jersey and New York.

Prior to joining Archer, Andrew was Of Counsel at a full-service law firm handling a broad range of litigation, including general liability, toxic tort, and professional liability matters.

Before entering private practice, Andrew served as a law clerk to the Hon. Thomas F. Brogan, P.J.Cv., Superior Court of New Jersey – Passaic Vicinage.
