Tammy Fawcett

With over 20 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics solutions, Tammy comprises deep understanding of business process, project execution, and ERP implementation. Serving in multiple roles throughout her career, from Project Manager to COO, Tammy’s depth of knowledge in ERP implementations, professional service delivery, project management, software development, and customer service enable her to successfully drive operational efficiency and execute on strategic vision in her role as lead of the ArcherPoint business unit. Tammy first began working with Dynamics NAV in 2004 as a team lead and project manager focused on regional and international clients that required complex financial reporting, system localizations, and integrations to CRM or other industry specific systems. Tammy joined ArcherPoint in 2010 and quickly advanced to the leadership team where she led the customer service and professional services teams. She holds a degree in accounting from Northern Michigan University.
