The Castellana Grotte Office is ARCHES’ headquarters and primary hub for research, strategy, and international cooperation. Located in the heart of the Apulia region, it coordinates the organisation’s scientific activities, EU-funded initiatives, and strategic partnerships. As a key interface with partners in Turkey, the office plays a central role in fostering collaboration, supporting joint innovation efforts, and advancing cross-border projects. It hosts core management functions, facilitates teamwork across units, and provides an energetic environment for developing innovative, sustainable, and socially responsible solutions.
