Albert Lewis

Vice President, Design at Archetype

Albert Lewis, Jr. has extensive work experience in the design and creative industry. Albert most recently served as the Vice President of Design at Archetype starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Experience Design Director at Archetype from March 2019 to May 2022.

Before joining Archetype, Albert held the position of Head of Creative, North America at Text100 from August 2014 to February 2019. Albert also worked at Edelman as a Senior Art Director from September 2013 to July 2014, and as an Art Director from February 2010 to August 2013.

Albert's early career includes roles such as Lead Web Producer and Creative Services Lead at Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable) from January 2008 to January 2010. Albert also had their own creative agency, Lewis Creative, where they served as the Creative Director, Owner, and Operator from January 2000 to December 2007.

Albert's career began with positions such as Art Director at Market Data Corporation and Binary Tree in the late 1990s. Albert also worked as a Web Designer at Image Nine and as a Print and Multimedia Designer at Oxford University Press in the mid-1990s.

Throughout their career, Albert has demonstrated expertise in design, art direction, user experience, and creative leadership.

Albert Lewis, Jr. attended Pratt Institute from 1990 to 1994, where they studied art direction & illustration. Albert also studied illustration at the Fashion Institute of Technology. At an unspecified time, they returned to Pratt Institute to pursue further studies in the School of Professional Studies.
