Vishal Gera

Vishal Gera has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Vishal currently works as the Human Resources Director for India at Archetype, where they are responsible for talent acquisition, employer branding, relationship management, and employee development. Prior to Archetype, Vishal worked at Weber Shandwick as a Talent Acquisition Manager and HRBP for India, and at HeadHonchos.com as a Senior Manager and Manager in talent acquisition. Vishal also served as a Business Manager in HR at Laurent & Benon Management Consultants Ltd and as a Business Manager in HR Services & Placement at Ozone Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd / i360 Staffing & Training Solutions. Vishal has a track record of successfully hiring and managing talent, implementing HR policies, and overseeing training and development programs.

Vishal Gera completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

- From 2010 to 2011, Vishal attended the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where they obtained a Management Development Program (MDP) in General Management.

- Between 2004 and 2006, Vishal pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a focus on Human Resource and Marketing at the Naional Institute of Management, New Delhi.

- From 2001 to 2004, Vishal attended both Delhi University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree, and Punjab Technical University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree with a concentration in Human Resource and Marketing.

- Prior to their higher education, Vishal completed their secondary education at Frank Anthony Public School in New Delhi from 1987 to 2001, focusing on subjects related to Commerce.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Vishal also holds a certification as a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from the Management & Strategy Institute, obtained in 2023.
