Lisa Forrest, SPHR has over 19 years of extensive professional experience in human resources and talent management. Lisa currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Archetype since March 2019. Previously, Lisa served as the Director of Learning & Development at Ogilvy USA and later as the Senior Vice President and Director of Talent Management. Lisa has also held the position of Vice President of Talent Management for the West Coast at Ogilvy. Lisa has a background in multicultural advertising and was the Vice President and Board Member of The M.A.T. Program. Additionally, they worked as the Talent Resources Manager and West Coast Recruiter at DDB and as an HR Manager at Davis Elen Advertising. Lisa began their career in human resources at Saatchi & Saatchi.
Lisa Forrest, SPHR has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona. Lisa also holds a certification in SPHR obtained in 2014 and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, although the year of certification is unspecified.
