Maylen Tara Cytryn is an experienced operations manager and consultant with a strong background in process and workflow design. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Archetype Themes and as a Process & Workflow Design Consultant at ThoughtfulOps, Maylen specializes in creating sustainable workflows for organizations. Previous roles include Senior Experience Producer at Braindate by e180, where Maylen developed immersive educational experiences, and Founder and Coach of a coaching practice empowering women.
