Dave Withers

Dave Withers is a seasoned expert in the distilling industry, currently serving as the Master Distiller at Archie Rose Distilling Co. since January 2015. With a focus on innovation, Dave led the construction and commissioning of a state-of-the-art distillery in Sydney, capable of producing over 7 million litres of ethanol annually. Previous roles include Technical Project Manager for Australia's largest distillery build and Production Manager at the Institute of Brewing & Distilling. Dave is also a member of the Board of Directors for Alba Imports and has experience as a Sales Manager and Spirits Buyer. With a strong educational background, Dave holds multiple distilling qualifications, including a Diploma of Distilling and is currently pursuing a Master Distiller degree.
