Brian Sheridan

Brian Sheridan serves as an Operating Partner at ARCHIMED since 2018, focusing on impactful ventures in healthcare. Prior to this role, Brian held multiple key positions at LivaNova from October 2015 to 2018, including General Counsel, Company Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer, following the merger of Cyberonics Inc. and Sorin S. Earlier in Brian’s career, a significant tenure as a Partner in the Life Sciences Practice Group at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly from 1995 to 2003 involved specialization in biotechnology law and regulation, alongside authorship of relevant legal texts. Brian's foundational experience includes roles as a Legislative Aide at FAO and as a Pupil Barrister at 11 Stone Buildings, complemented by a stint as a Stagiaire at the European Commission. Brian's academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LLM), a Diploma in Competition Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), all from the University of London, as well as training at Inns of Court Law School.
