Cécile Pontier

Cécile Pontier is a Partner and Head of HR at ArchiMed. Cécile has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, and has held senior positions at several companies.

Cécile started their career in 2004 as a Training Manager at Banque Populaire Provençale et Corse. Cécile then moved to Futur, where they were the Human Resources Manager for 9 years. In 2013, they became the Head of Human Resources at JSBIO SLB.

In 2014, Cécile became the Head of Human Resources at Cerballiance, where they worked for 2 years. Cécile then founded their own company, CPS, where they worked as a Partner for Change in Human Strategy until 2021.

Cécile has been a Partner and Head of HR at ArchiMed since 2018.

Cécile Pontier began their educational career by obtaining a degree in Comparative Law from Montclair State University. Cécile then went on to earn a Master in Management and HR Development from IGS-RH. Finally, they completed their education by earning a Master's degree from Aix-Marseille Université.

Cécile Pontier reports to Denis Ribon, Chairman & Managing Partner. They work with Stéphanie Du Ché - Communications Manager, Frédéric Cassan - Office Manager, and Melvin Da Costa - Financial Controller.
