Michiel Vlaanderen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michiel is currently Head of Learning Content Factory at Archipel Academy BV, where they oversee the development of personalized e-learning solutions and activation campaigns. Prior to this, they worked as an E-learning consultant/developer at the same company. Michiel also has experience as the Owner of Sterkbeeld, a freelance agency for creative thinking and design. Additionally, Michiel has worked at CAE as a Team Lead for e-learning development & design and as a Courseware Developer. Michiel has also worked at Centagon B.V. in communication, video editing, and animation roles. Michiel'searliest work experience was as a Product Developer & Graphic Designer at Jobe Sports International, and prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Designer at Yan Wolff - Design & Decoration.

Between 2001 and 2006, Michiel attended Design Academy Eindhoven and obtained a Bachelor of Design degree in the field of Man and Communication.

From 1997 to 2001, Michiel studied at Grafisch lyceum Utrecht and completed a MBO degree in Conceptual Design.

Prior to that, from 1991 to 1997, Michiel attended Rudolf Steiner School / Vrije School for high school education, focusing on Arts and Crafts.

In addition to their formal education, Michiel has also obtained various certifications.
