David Ngo

David Ngo is currently an Associate at Archipelago Capital Partners since May 2023. Prior to this role, David served as an Associate Director at Fortman Cline Capital Markets from March 2017 to May 2023, where management of the sale of 60% of AIR21 Holdings, Inc. to AC Logistics Holdings Corporation was a significant achievement, involving a transaction value of PHP 6 billion. David also played key roles as an Associate, focusing on the execution of M&A deals and creating financial models and presentation materials, as well as serving as a Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines, completed in 2016, and graduated from Xavier School in 2011.
