Dane graduated Cum Laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2015 and passed the Nevada Bar Exam that same year on his first attempt. He later passed the California Bar Exam in 2019. He holds a B.A. in History from the University of Arizona, where he also played club baseball.
While in law school, Dane served on the board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and competed in multiple negotiation competitions across the West Coast.
He is licensed to practice in both Nevada and California, as well as the Nevada Federal District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
A Las Vegas native, Dane remains active in the community by coaching youth baseball and playing in a men’s softball league. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and staying involved in local sports.
