Viola Gheorghiu, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and legal management roles. Viola is currently the Vice President, People at Archipelago since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Personal Capital for 12 years from April 2010 to April 2022, serving as the Vice President of Human Resources. Viola also held positions at MyVest as the Sr. Legal and Human Resources Manager, Taxcient as the Sr. Legal Contracts and Human Resources Manager, PassMark Security as the Legal Contracts Negotiating Manager, SiVault Systems Inc as the Legal and Human Resources, Senior Manager, and OSIsoft as the Legal Services Manager. In these roles, they developed HR policies, procedures, agreements, and benefits plans, supervised HR and administrative teams, managed legal departments and contracts, and had extensive experience in negotiating and managing various types of agreements.

Viola Gheorghiu, SHRM-SCP, has a Bachelor's degree (BA) from the University of California, Berkeley. Viola also holds a Master's degree (MS) from Eastern Michigan University. In addition, they are certified as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by SHRM, obtained in June 2019.
