Aira Vanessa Del Rosario has been working in various roles since 2005. Aira Vanessa began their career at TELETECH INTERNATIONAL as a Tier 2 Technical Support for AT&T Internet Services, where they were responsible for configuring 2wire routers for both hard wired and wireless connections for all system types, engaging/escalating critical issues to Server support and gateway support, and providing various network access services. In 2006, they moved to Dell as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, where they provided Remote Access Assistance to guide customers in troubleshooting configuring and resolving software issues on the system, as well as Spyware & Virus Removal and Parallel Method. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Sutherland Global Services as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where they identified quality gaps during process audits, served as a Subject Matter Expert for Norton services issues, conducted one on one coaching with agents weekly audits, and was responsible for transactional monitoring for associates weekly. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Gap as a Weddingtonway Stylist/Customer Support Specialist, where they identified customer needs, clarified information, researched into each situation and creatively problem solved issues via email, text, chat and phone. Lastly, they were a Marketing and Sales VA Team Lead at Archistar.ai.

Aira Vanessa Del Rosario completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from AMA University between 2002 and 2004.
