Noel Priyanka

Noel Priyanka has a diverse work experience in quality assurance and technical support roles. They started their career as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Business Analyst at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India from July 2012 to May 2015. During this time, they gained expertise in functional and regression testing, as well as automation using Robot Framework, Selenium, and Appium. They also developed and implemented automation solutions and mentored a team in automation implementation.

They then worked as a Technical Support Specialist (QA) at Teleperformance Canada from May 2018 to November 2019. In this role, they troubleshooted external and internal storage devices for business and consumer clients of Seagate. They also documented all activities in Salesforce and provided information to the Knowledge Base.

From November 2019 to August 2020, Noel worked as a Test Specialist (QA) at Imagin Media Inc. Their responsibilities included evaluating technical documents, developing test techniques, and executing manual test cases to ensure application functionality.

Currently, they are working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Architech since August 2020. In this role, they develop and maintain automated test suites using Cypress and Selenium WebDriver. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize test cases and scenarios based on product requirements. They are also responsible for designing and implementing automation frameworks and tools to improve test coverage and efficiency.

Noel Priyanka obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Vidya Vikas Institute of Technology in Mysore between 2008 and 2012.
