James Sagan

James Sagan has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. In 2013, they worked as a Capital Markets Analyst at Phoenix Investment Adviser, LLC for one year. In the same year, they also served as a Structuring/Underwriting Lending Product role at Encinal Partners, where they sourced, originated, and structured loans against unentitled land.

In 2014, James briefly worked as a Capital Markets Analyst at Build Inc.

From 2015, they joined Fourth Green Capital as a Principal, where they focused on making opportunistic credit investments in various sectors in the US and abroad, particularly in emerging market private debt.
