Architect of the Capitol
Kaan Dilber is a licensed architect and project manager with extensive experience in architecture and project management, currently serving as an Architect/Project Manager at the Architect of the Capitol since July 2025. Previously, Kaan held multiple roles, including Principal and Director of Architecture at OTJ Architects from May 2006 to July 2025, managing notable projects such as The Nature Conservancy Worldwide Headquarters and the United Way Worldwide Headquarters. Kaan's earlier experience includes project management positions at BOCI, Inc. and M Ofis Architecture, with project oversight in Istanbul. Kaan holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from YTU, an M.S. in Building Science from Istanbul Technical University, a Ph.D. in Computer Aided Architecture from YTU, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Real Estate Development & Finance from Georgetown University. Kaan is also certified as a LEED AP, WELL AP, and PMP.
