Lawrence Barr

Lawrence Barr has extensive experience in operations and engineering within the Architect of the Capitol, serving since November 2007 in various roles including Operation Officer in the Office of the Chief of Operations, Deputy Superintendent for Senate Office Buildings, and Acting Senate Superintendent. Prior to this, Lawrence worked as a General Engineer for both the House and Senate Office Buildings from March 2003 to 2007. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
