Patrick Andriuk, RPA, LEED AP, CEM, is a highly experienced professional in facilities and project management, currently serving as the Director of Capital Projects and Facilities at the Architect of the Capitol since November 2019. Previously, Patrick held the position of Regional Executive Director at Thompson Facilities Services, leading initiatives at several Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Prior roles include Senior Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank and Alliance Director at CBRE, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing commercial real estate services and managing the E*TRADE Financial account. Early in his career, Patrick directed facilities at Episcopal High School and served as a PBS Contract Specialist at GSA. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Old Dominion University.
