Matthew Davis, AICP, is a seasoned professional in the field of historic preservation with extensive experience in managing projects for a diverse range of private and public clients. Currently serving as Principal at Architectural Resources Group since October 2008, Matthew has developed a comprehensive portfolio that includes historic preservation plans, evaluations, and compliance documentation. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions as a Preservation Planner and Architectural Historian at Carey & Co., Inc., and as Communications Coordinator at the National Community Building Network. Matthew earned a Master of City Planning with a focus on Historic Preservation and Land Use from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Mathematics from Harvard University.
