Serghei Cosolovschii

Serghei Cosolovschii is a highly experienced architect and project designer with a diverse background spanning over two decades in the architecture and design industry. Currently serving as a Project Designer at Architecture49 Inc. since February 2023, Serghei has previously held key positions such as Designer at Lischkoff Build, where contributions to the transition from CAD to BIM significantly improved project comprehension. As Deputy Design Director at ZEZMAN, management of work processes and the transition to in-house design generated substantial cost savings and efficiency. At R&R Design and SPACElogic International, implementation of innovative algorithmic design techniques using Rhino-Grasshopper 3D enhanced project execution speed and architectural identity for new clients. Serghei's foundational experience was built at YA Group Holding Company, where a 17-year tenure culminated in a leading role as Senior Managing Architect, contributing to the company’s status in luxury residential projects. Education includes a Master of Architecture from Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture.
