Lucy Russell-Slater

Lucy Russell-Slater is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Group People Advisory Manager at Architectus since December 2020, Lucy also holds the position of HR Director at MitchelLake Group. Previously, Lucy worked at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from February 2016 to February 2020, where roles included Global Programme Manager for IHG Early Careers and HR Director for Thailand. Additional experience includes HR Manager at FleetPartners and Global HR Manager at Effective Measure, among others. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Human Resources from Victoria University.
