Steven Biersteker

Steven Biersteker is an Associate Architect at Thinkspace Architecture Planning Interior Design Ltd. since June 2020 and also serves as an Ambassador for ZERO, focusing on sustainable practices in the AEC industry. Additionally, Steven is a Competition Design Juror for Architizer, assessing architectural proposals through single drawings, and an Author for The Carbon Architect newsletter, which highlights the carbon impact of buildings. Previous experience includes roles as an Architect and Intern Architect at X Architecture and Site Lines Architecture Inc., respectively, and various academic positions at Toronto Metropolitan University, where Steven contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Student Assistant. Steven holds a Bachelor of Architectural Science and a Master of Architecture from Toronto Metropolitan University.
