Rebecca Lunn has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rebecca is currently the Director of HR - EMEA & Australia at ArchLynk, a position they have held since January 2023. Rebecca has also served as a Fulbright Scholar at University of Bamberg from August 2000 to August 2002.

Rebecca Lunn has a Master's Degree (M.A.) in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Chicago, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Government & German Languages from the University of Notre Dame from 1998 to 2002. Rebecca also attended Benet Academy, a high school preparatory school in Lisle, Illinois. Additionally, they earned additional certifications such as SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS), Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP), and achieved a proficiency level of C-2 in German language from the Goethe-Institut e.V.
