Alissa Martin

Alissa Martin has a strong background in compensation analysis and human resources. Alissa is currently working at Archrock as the Compensation Analyst Lead and Stock Plan Administrator since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Archrock from February 2021 to February 2023. Before joining Archrock, Alissa worked at Precision Drilling as an HRIS Supervisor from August 2020 to February 2021 and as a Compensation Specialist from June 2019 to August 2020. Alissa also gained experience as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Academy Sports + Outdoors from November 2018 to June 2019 and at Archrock from June 2017 to November 2018. Alissa started their career as a Senior Consultant at Longnecker & Associates from June 2014 to June 2017 and also taught as an Adjunct Professor at Lone Star College from August 2011 to December 2012.

Alissa Martin earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Houston from 2007 to 2011.
