Diego F. Román

Diego F. Román has over a decade of experience in the finance industry. Diego F. started their career at Exterran in 2009 as a Corporate Development Associate and worked their way up to become a Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. In 2015, they joined Archrock as a Senior Finance Manager and eventually became the Director of Finance. Currently, Diego is serving as the Vice President of Finance at Archrock.

Diego F. Román holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Energy Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. Diego F. also pursued studies in Management Information Systems at the University of Houston and Computer Science at the University of Maryland. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained certifications in Leadership Development Program from the Center for Creative Leadership, as well as Leading Change and Leading High Performance Teams from The University of Texas at Austin.
