Fernanda Banega

Fernanda Banega possesses extensive experience in total rewards and human resources management. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Archrock, Fernanda has previously held key positions such as Head of Reward at Aggreko and HR Director for Talent Management Organization Design & Analytics at Baker Hughes, a GE company. Additional roles include Senior Total Rewards Manager for Global Sales and Senior Total Rewards Project Manager at Baker Hughes, as well as Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager at Weatherford International. Fernanda began their career as Compensation & Benefits Manager for Argentina and Projects in Latin America at L'Oréal. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales and a High School diploma in English from UWC of the Atlantic.
