Haytham Hassan

Haytham Hassan, MBA, serves as the Global Program Manager for Commercial Excellence in Packaging Technologies and has held multiple leadership roles at Archroma since joining in May 2016, including HR Director for North America, Head of HR Digital Transformation, and HR Director for Turkey, Middle East & Africa. With extensive experience in HR management, Haytham has focused on driving organizational excellence through strategic interventions, digital transformation, and talent acquisition. Prior to Archroma, experience included HR management roles at siParadigm L.L.C and Clariant, alongside various positions in HR coordination and legal practice. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Warwick, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo, and a Bachelor of Laws from Ain Shams University.
