Hemant Gaikwad

Hemant Gaikwad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT application management, particularly within the Order to Cash (OTC) and Supply Chain sectors. Currently serving as the Global IT Applications Lead and Senior Service Delivery Lead at Archroma since October 2015, Hemant oversees IT services across more than 42 countries, managing both SAP and non-SAP applications, resources, and budgets. Previous roles include Lead Consultant positions at Tieto and Accenture, as well as consulting roles at Bristlecone, Adroit Infotech Pvt. Ltd., and NetBusiness Solutions Ltd. Hemant began a career in sales as an Assistant Manager at Deepak Nitrite Ltd. and holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical from Nagpur University.
