Montserrat Menacho

Montserrat Menacho has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR for Spain, Italy, and Portugal at Archroma since October 2013, focusing on talent acquisition and retention as well as benefits management. Prior to this role, Menacho held various HR positions at Clariant from 1999 to 2013, including HR Administrator, HR Specialist, and HR Specialist for Country HR Services, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, and local site HR administration. Education includes a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from EADA Business School and Bachelor's degrees in Labour Relations from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona.
