Paulo Penna

Paulo Penna is an experienced professional in operations and logistics management within the chemical industry, currently serving as the Site Manager and Head of Operations at Archroma since October 2013. Prior to this role, Paulo held various positions at Clariant from 2008 to October 2013, including Production Manager for Sulphur Dyes and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Leader. Paulo earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, completing the program in February 2008.
