Harshneel More

Harshneel More has had extensive experience in the field of application and software security. Harshneel most recently co-founded ArchSlate Inc in 2023, where they serve as the CTO. Prior to that, they worked at Affirm as a Senior Security Engineer from April 2022 to December 2022, where they implemented threat modeling and introduced a secure code training program.

Before Affirm, Harshneel worked at Fast as a Senior Application Security Engineer from May 2021 to May 2022, and as an Application Security Engineer from February 2020 to May 2021. During their time at Fast, they managed a bug bounty program, implemented security analysis tools, and operationalized threat modeling.

Harshneel also gained experience at Tradeshift as an Application Security Engineer from September 2019 to March 2020, where they provided secure architecture consultation and conducted security audits. Earlier in their career, Harshneel worked at VMware in various roles, including as Member of Technical Staff, where they designed and developed access control systems and implemented automation frameworks. Harshneel also worked as a Summer Intern at VMware, focusing on automation workflows and simulated trading scenarios.

In addition, Harshneel has experience as a Software Specialist at Solutions Lab Pte Ltd, where they created data scope applications, developed real-time streaming applications, and integrated news features into trading apps.

Harshneel More holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Security Informatics from The Johns Hopkins University, which was completed from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Digital System Security from the University of Wollongong, completed from 2010 to 2013. Harshneel'ssecondary education includes completing the Council of Higher Secondary Education from Sardar Dastur Hormazdiar Junior College, Pune, India, from 2008 to 2010. Finally, they completed the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (ICSE) from The Bishop's School, Pune, India, from 1999 to 2008. In addition to their degrees, they hold certifications including the Access Data Certified Forensics Examiner from Access Data and the Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco, obtained in 2015 and 2010 respectively.
