Matt Booth

Matt Booth is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in high-growth and private equity-backed businesses. Currently serving as CFO and Finance Director for various companies since May 2023 and as the interim Group CFO at Archus, an international healthcare infrastructure consultancy, Matt previously held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at Havas Lynx Group, overseeing the agency's exit to Havas in December 2020. Experience also includes leadership roles as Group Head of Finance at Arlington Industries Group, where significant acquisitions were achieved, and interim Finance Director at LED Hut Fulfillment Services Ltd. Earlier career highlights include financial positions at webuyanycar.com and Mapway Ltd, as well as corporate finance roles at Mazars and Dean Statham Chartered Accountants. Matt holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from The University of Manchester and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA).
